What payment options are accepted?

Do you provide free trial?

We provide free preview when processing your video. You can always preview the result before you buy.

I'm not satisfied with the result, I want my money back.

We provide 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchase. If you made a purchase within 7 days and the service usage (such as credits) does not exceed 40%, you can contact us to refund.

What types of watermarks can I remove?

We offer multiple ways to remove watermarks from simple to complex. You can remove static watermarks like logo, text, time code and unwanted object. For moving logo, moving text, animal and human, use the motion mode to track and remove them. We also provide subtitle mode to automatically recognize and remove subtitles in the video.

Where can I find the processed videos?

If you forget to download the result video, you can find it in the Processing History. For example, after removing the watermark, you can head to the page where you can import files, hover your cursor on the history icon on the top right corner of the navigation.
