MatScale provides online video processing tools, including but not limited to:

  • Video watermark removal
  • Video enhancement and optimization

You may create an account using third-party authentication providers such as Google Login.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record.

By purchasing our Services:

  • You agree to Paddle’s terms and policies
  • All prices are subject to change
  • Applicable taxes are handled by Paddle
Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase.

Refund requests may be submitted via our support contact.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Upload or process content you do not have the legal right to use
  • Generate, modify, or distribute content for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
  • Create content that promotes violence, abuse, or unlawful activities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you upload
  • The use of any generated outputs
6. Content Review and Moderation

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to:

  • Review uploaded content
  • Remove or block content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities
7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (excluding user content) remain the property of MatScale.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Process your content
  • Store and manage it as necessary to provide the Services
8. Data Storage and Retention

We use cloud infrastructure, including AWS S3, to store and process data.

  • Uploaded source files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 72 hours
  • Processed output files may be stored indefinitely to allow users to re-download their results

We are not responsible for loss of data once it is deleted.

9. Analytics and Tracking

We use tools such as Google Analytics to:

  • Monitor usage patterns
  • Improve performance and user experience

By using our Services, you consent to such data collection practices.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party providers, including:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
