If both conditions are met, you are eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Usage-Based Limitation

  • Your usage of the subscription has reached or exceeded 40% of the plan’s allocated limits, regardless of the time since purchase.
3. Subscription Renewals
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
  • Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for any already processed payments.

We recommend canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.
